I love this information. I had never heard of Sante Luzie. So, is this day celebrated by many people in Friuli?
KevinIt's mostly a children's holiday. As far as I know its celebrated in many parts of the Italian North-East.I fondly remember leaving the night of the 12th a cup of milk for "Sante Luzie" and some hay for the flying donkey. :-) And walking up unusually early the following morning...to find some gifts under the three.Sweet memories....
